Upcoming Events

Barnegat Township and Save Barnegat Bay are partnering to bring Barnegat residents a local rain barrel workshop. Rain barrels collect water off of the roof encouraging water conservation and preventing stormwater runoff that carries pollution into Barnegat Bay. Space is limited to build a barrel. Please sign up using the “ticket” link to make sure your barrel is reserved. If you just want to attend the event, without building a barrel, you are more than welcome! This event is outdoors. Please dress accordingly. This is event is free but donations are always welcome at www.savebarnegatbay.org/donate/

In light of all our jellyfish work this month, we are thrilled to hear from Judi Berwald the author of “Spineless” a beautiful novel about the story of jellyfish across our oceans. We will be reading “Spineless” through the month of November and inviting Judi to speak on our Barnegat Bay Book Club zoom event. Sign up on this google form to receive the zoom link. Join us at 6:30pm over zoom on November 22 to learn more!
This event will be recorded and posted to youtube.
