Save Barnegat Bay will be teaching all about horseshoe crabs and Barnegat Bay during Clara B. Worth’s Extended School Year summer school. Students will construct their own craft horseshoe crab to take home.

Student Grant Program Presentation @ Borough of Seaside Park Council Chambers | Seaside Park | New Jersey | United States

A presentation will be made by our Water Quality Team focusing on sampling results of the storm-water draining systems into Barnegat Bay. Our Student Grant Program has been running for 9 years and has provided research opportunities and funding to 54 students.

Northern Highlands High School Field Trip @ Forsythe Refuge, deCamp Trail

Save Barnegat Bay will be guiding students from Northern Highlands High School on an eco-hike through several ecosystems on the deCamp Trail. This trail is part of the Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. Students will also be participating in a trail maintenance cleanup as well.
