Join the Sierra Club and Save Barnegat Bay as we reflect on the third anniversary of Sandy, what happened, where we are now, and where we are going in the future. Guest speakers include: Jeff Tittel, Director of the NJ Sierra Club, Gene McColligan, Ecologist and former Environmental Manager at FEMA, Dr. Richard G. Lathrop, Jr., Rutgers University Professor, and Brian Donohue, Star Ledger Reporter on Sandy.
Save Barnegat Bay will be joining the public at the Barnegat Bay Research Forum, sponsored by our partner organization the Barnegat Bay Partnership. Come out and hear the resent research from NJDEP scientists, as they delve into the health of the bay, stresses to the environment, and new management strategies. Registration is required. Join the Barnegat Bay Partnership as they present the State of the Bay with several panel discussions about key indicators in the bay. Our Executive Director, Britta Wenzel, will be part of the panel discussions.
