This is going to be an outstanding program. All of the presentations are designed to be interactive with questions, answers and observations.

In a forum setting, attendees will share information so that we can all work more closely together to leverage the many benefits that a healthy shellfish population can provide.

Chowder and Posters – Manhattan Clam Chowder and Creamy Oyster Chowder prepared by OVT Cuisine on the Green, Chef Ian Smith. A variety of posters related to shellfish in Barnegat Bay watershed.
